• YouTube URLs & Search Queries: When you input a video URL or keyword, it is processed transiently to query public YouTube metadata, statistics, and tags.
• Local Search History: Your past searches, cached video tags, and analysis records are saved strictly locally on your device using an on-device SQLite Room database. This data is never transferred to, stored on, or processed by external remote servers.

B. Automatically Processed Information

• Device & Diagnostic Logs: We do not harvest sensitive identifiers such as IMEI, MAC address, or contacts. Standard non-identifying Android diagnostic crash logs may be handled locally for stability and debugging.
• Local Rate Limit Counters: Usage counts are maintained in device SharedPreferences to manage daily quota limits without requiring personal accounts.

2. Third-Party Services & YouTube API

YT Rank relies upon official YouTube API Services to retrieve public channel details, video metrics, and suggestions. By using this application, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your usage is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Your information is processed in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
• You may inspect, manage, or revoke access permissions at any time via the Google Security Settings Page.

3. Third-Party AI Data Processing

We integrate third-party AI APIs (such as Groq, OpenAI, or NVIDIA NIM) solely to formulate SEO recommendations, script hooks, and video titles. Prompts sent to these APIs are processed in transient RAM for real-time output generation only and are not utilized to train advertising profiles. The app includes mechanisms to report inappropriate AI responses.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because your search logs and preferences remain stored solely on your local Android device storage:

• You retain 100% control over your data at all times.
• Clearing app data via Android Settings → Apps → YT Rank → Clear Storage or uninstalling the app permanently and irreversibly erases all records.

5. Children's Privacy

YT Rank is not directed toward children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from minors.
