User Data & Account Deletion Protocol
Immediate self-service data eradication protocols compliant with Google Play Console Data Safety requirements.
1. Instant Self-Service In-App Data Purge
You do not need to contact support or submit a ticket to delete your data. You can completely eradicate all records immediately within the application interface:
Launch Application
Open Jarvis AI / JarvisHUD on your Android device.
Open Settings
Tap the HUD Settings gear icon in the top right menu.
Purge Memory & Chat
Navigate to Data & Storage → tap Clear Chat History and Purge Memory.
Wipe Credentials
Tap Reset All Settings & Keys to erase all API credentials from Android KeyStore.
2. OS-Level Eradication via Android Management
If you cannot open the application or wish to perform a low-level OS storage purge:
- Open your device's Settings → Apps → Jarvis AI.
- Tap Storage & Cache → select Clear Storage (or Clear Data). This immediately wipes all local SQLite tables, cached files, and tokens.
- Alternatively, simply Uninstall the application. The Android operating system permanently destroys all sandboxed files associated with package
com.jarvisai.akupon package removal.
3. Formal Support Record Deletion Request
If you have communicated with our developer desk via email (for bug reports, feedback, or support tickets) and wish for those email records to be permanently deleted from our mail archives:
Send an email request with the subject line Data Deletion Request - Jarvis AI to:
akashkailashiyabusiness@gmail.com
Processing turnaround: Within 7 business days. All associated support emails and debug logs will be purged permanently.4. What Data is Retained?
Since Jarvis AI does not host a centralized cloud server account system and sells zero telemetry to advertising brokers, zero residual data is retained once you clear application storage or uninstall the application.
