1. Permitted Use & Eligibility

Jarvis AI provides an autonomous artificial intelligence assistant, voice interface, and productivity HUD. You agree to use the application strictly for lawful individual or business workflows and in compliance with all relevant local, national, and international laws.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to download and operate this application.
• You agree not to use the application to generate harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful material.
• You agree not to abuse or attempt denial-of-service against third-party AI provider endpoints.

2. Artificial Intelligence Content Disclaimer

Jarvis AI leverages advanced Large Language Models (LLMs), visual transformers, and probabilistic machine learning to synthesize conversational responses and process sensor inputs:

• Jarvis AI is not a certified legal, medical, emergency, or financial advisor. Never base critical health, safety, or financial decisions exclusively on AI outputs.
• The application utilizes native Android system intents for external phone calls and SMS messaging. You are solely responsible for reviewing numbers, message bodies, and recipients before confirming outbound communication.

3. Third-Party Neural Providers & BYOK Responsibilities

The application supports connections to external AI model providers (including OpenRouter, DeepSeek, NVIDIA, and OpenAI):

• If you supply a custom API key under the Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) system, you retain sole responsibility for securing that key and for any token credit expenditures incurred under your third-party provider account.
• We cannot guarantee the constant availability, uptime, latency, or content moderation policies of external AI infrastructure providers.

4. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

The software architecture, source code, Stark-OS HUD visual components, audio synthesizers, and branding belong exclusively to developer Akash Kailashiya. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or build unauthorized derivative commercial works from application binaries without written authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent authorized by applicable law, developer Akash Kailashiya and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application, including data corruption, system downtime, or third-party service outages.

6. Termination of Protocols

We reserve the prerogative to suspend, update, or discontinue any feature, protocol, or theme in Jarvis AI at any time without prior liability should violations of these terms occur.
