At Akash Kailashiya Studio, we treat privacy as an engineering constraint rather than a legal afterthought. All native Android applications created by Akash Kailashiya (including PicToPDF, CWealth, and Bulk Curve) are engineered from first principles with 100% on-device compute. We do not operate user accounts, we do not upload your documents or financial records to the cloud, and we do not sell or monetize personal data.

1. Scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all digital assets, products, and services owned and operated by Akash Kailashiya ("we", "us", or "our"), including:

  • The official studio website (https://akashkailashiya.in) and its sub-pages.
  • All mobile applications published on the Google Play Store under the developer account Akash Kailashiya.
  • The Homora 3D fabrication and physical artifact store.
  • Direct consulting engagements and client inquiry portals.

2. Android Mobile Applications Data Practice

Our Google Play applications are architected to operate air-gapped without remote servers. Specific details by application:

PicToPDF

Image selection, PDF compilation, cropping, reordering, and PDF compression occur strictly on the user's Android device using local C++/Kotlin libraries. No images, scans, or generated PDFs ever leave your phone.

CWealth Finance

Income logs, expense entries, portfolio allocations, and net-worth calculations are written to an encrypted local Room SQLite database. We possess zero visibility into your financial status or transactions.

Bulk Curve

Batch image transformation, radius clipping, aspect formatting, and batch export execute locally in memory. No network connection is utilized for core processing.

Android Permissions: When an app requests permissions (such as storage access or camera access for scanning documents), these are exclusively utilized to allow the app to read files you choose or capture scans you request. They are never transmitted off-device.

3. Website Telemetry & Analytics

When visiting https://akashkailashiya.in, we implement minimal privacy-conscious analytics:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Used to measure aggregated page views, general referral sources, and device types. IP anonymization (anonymize_ip: true) is enforced. We do not track individual users across distinct websites.
  • Server Logs: Standard HTTP access logs (including request timestamp, HTTP status, and user-agent string) are temporarily retained by our web server for cybersecurity defense and error diagnostics.
  • Cookies: We do not deploy third-party advertising or retargeting cookies.

4. Homora Store & Fabrication Inquiries

For custom 3D printing orders, lithophane fabrications, or client consulting briefs:

  • Customer shipping information (name, delivery address, contact email) is solely used for order fulfillment and courier tracking.
  • Photos submitted for personalized lithophane manufacturing are processed through our local slicing workstation and deleted after print verification. They are never shared publicly or used for marketing without explicit consent.
  • Payments are routed through PCI-DSS certified gateways (such as Razorpay or UPI). We never store raw credit card credentials or banking passwords on our servers.

5. Children's Online Privacy (COPPA)

Our mobile applications and web services are designed for general audiences and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. Because our mobile tools operate locally with zero data collection, no personal child data is harvested.

6. Your Data Rights & Jurisdiction

Under applicable data protection laws (including the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, GDPR for European visitors, and CCPA for California residents), you retain the right to:

  • Inquire what limited contact data we hold regarding your inquiries.
  • Request immediate deletion or correction of your client communication history.
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential communications at any time.
